Refund policy

Refunds
To be allegeable for a refund your item has to of been damaged in transit, and within a 10 day period of the item being purchased
we do not offer a refund if you change your mind or broken in your possession. Please keep in mind: these are natural minerals and might have natural chips, dips, cracks and imperfections such as colour variations these things are not allegeable for a refund (this also includes small points braking off big cluster) you can not get refunds on sales items Bugs are fragile so if small bits come off during shipping this will not be refundable 

Jewelery Refunds 
Any jewlerey purchased from us can only be exchanged/refunded in a period of 10 days since being sent out we will not cover bent (by wear) or if the item has been improperly cared for we don't cover snapped elastic on our bracelets, we will not cover jewlerey that doesn't fit properly this needs to be checked before purchasing

To start the refund prosses you will need to:
email us with
Photos or a video of the damaged item showing all the damage

If you are wanting a replacement or a refund the item will need to ship the item back to us first (shipping at your own cost) and once the item is back to us safely we will let you know if the refund can go ahead if it can we will get your details and place the refund
We also do not refund shipping cost so this will be deducted from your refund amount 

Missing package 
if your packaged has be classified as missing by the courier company you will be allegeable for a refund or if you choose a store credit
