Shipping policy

All of our orders are packaged with care and are sent out generally on Mondays and Thursdays with NZ post 

Every order comes with a tracking number this is sent to you once your order is packed and waiting for pick up. You can check this tracking number on the NZ post website to check on where about it is. 

Please allow 7 days from the time has been picked up to it being delivered if it hasn't arrived after those 7 days please get in touch with us and we can get some additional information for you if you package is then classified as lost proof of purchase will need to be made available to us and the shipping company for refund purposes
